Job Title:
Hand Assembler

Objective:
To assist in hand assembly of both SMT and Through-Hole PCB Assemblies.

Duties:
Hand Assemblers share responsibility for the timely completion of jobs: This responsibility is shared with the Assembly Floor Manager. Primary duties are to assemble both SMT and Through-Hole Printed Circuit Board Assemblies. Other duties include secondary PCB Assemblies, as well as working with department heads to complete tasks, and assist them in the completion of projects.

Roles and Relationships:
Hand Assembler will work closely with the Assembly Floor Manager, and are held accountable to the general directions of the company officers. They are expected to interact with supervisors and employees of other departments.

Specifications:
This position is 40 hours per week, paid on an hourly basis.
