Next in our line is the ultimate pick and place machine from MYDATA automation. The MY12 HYDRA Speedmount® with DVS incorporates the most sophisticated software available for such a system. With TPSys® any combination of board types can be mounted in a single pass. This software even optimizes the assembly sequence. But that's not all. With this unit you get electrical verification of component placement "on the fly," vision alignment, and an advanced servo system for handling the most delicate and minute components. And with electronically encoded "smart" magazines, the system never needs to shut down. When one magazine runs out of components, the machine automatically picks from another.
